6 STEPS TO FULL MEDITATION

THIS EVENING I AM FULLY RELAXED, MORE-SO THAN I HAVE BEEN IN THE LONGEST TIME.
THE RECIPE FOR THIS HEIGHTENED SENSE OF INNER AND OUTER MEDITATION I'M CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING GOES LIKE THIS.
1. HARD DAY AT WORK FOR THE CONTRAST FACTOR.
2. HEAVY EVENING OF HERB CONSUMPTION.
3. 17 HOUR SLEEP/ COMA.
4. NO GRIME. INSTEAD, SONGS SUCH AS THESE:

Trying People - De La Soul
5. SUNDAY ROAST FOR BREAKFAST.
6. A BATH.

AND THEN YOU'RE READY FOR ANOTHER CHAOTIC WEEK.
